Park Plaza 23

This is an architectural design project for a mixed-use building in Taichung City, Taiwan. This project includes the design for a 10-storey commercial building and a public plaza. The building has a retail mall above ground and public parking on basement levels. There is also a restaurant with outdoor dining terraces on the top floor. The design for the public plaza encompasses both hard and soft landscape as well as a large sunken garden that brings both light and activities into commercial spaces in the basement.
